Audio Collective is a collaboration between Ben Holland Sound, RS Sound, and Guy Rowland Broadcast, all leaders in TV Sound (live broadcast & post production). Our aim is to revolutionise post production sound using remote working possibilities whilst also providing a one stop service for all TV sound requirements.

Ben Holland
A sound supervisor and dubbing mixer specialising in live entertainment and music for television, Ben has been involved in many of the biggest and most-loved shows including sound supervising the ‘World Music Awards’ – the most widely televised music awards show in the world.

A graduate from the prestigious Tonmeister course, Ben was staff at The London Studios, working on a wide variety of shows in both studios and post such as ‘Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway’, ‘Blind Date’, ‘An Audience with…’, ‘Parkinson’, ‘Gimme, Gimme, Gimme’ and ‘The Brit Awards’. Since leaving TLS in 2007 Ben has been responsible for the sound on countless high profile shows and was head of sound for both ‘Loose Women’ & ‘Lorraine’.

Guy Rowland

Originally staff at the BBC, Guy left TV Centre in 2000 to pursue a freelance career in which he has worked on a large number of TV series as sound supervisor, dubbing mixer, sound designer and gram op. Guy also works as a music supervisor.

Much of Guy’s work has been in Children’s television, having built his own facility to enable a new way of working more suited to modern programming needs. Using this as a base, he has mixed and dubbed every series of the BAFTA winning entertainment show The Slammer’, sound designed and composed the score for the popular fantasy comedy drama’ The Legend of Dick and Dom’, and many more.

Richard Sillitto

Richard began his sound career at Capital Studios in Wandsworth as a floor sound assistant. Subsequently, he joined 2nd Sense Broadcast Ltd, a post-production facility based in Elstree. In time, Richard progressed to be a senior dubbing mixer where he mixed numerous shows across many genres, including ‘Top Of The Pops 2’, ‘ChuckleVision’, & ‘TimeWatch’ documentaries. More recently, Richard is a freelance sound supervisor, dubbing mixer and theatre sound designer. In this role, Richard has been involved with many broadcast productions, including ‘The Voice UK’ , ‘Got To Dance’ and ‘Justin’s House’. He also provided the sound design for several arena and theatre tours both in the UK and around the world, including ‘Dr Who Live’ and all the ‘CBeebies Live’ tours.
